Normally I'd put something like this in scraps but they're kind of fun and its for my entry into the Original Character Battle contest that is holding.

So here's some info on Petre for whoever gets paired off with me or for whoever is interested in my comic, Starsign, which I'll be starting to work on this week

Petre Cadas is 19 years old and can utilize the powers of various elemental spirits (the 4 closest to him are Air, Fire, Water, and Earth in that order) using Tarot cards as a conduit. Petre calls on their various abilities by pulling cards and using his own spiritual energy to give them power over the physical plane.

Each suit is connected to a different element and thus, a different spirit. Swords is air, Wands is fire, Cups is Water and Coins is Earth. Using different cards conjures up various abilities depending on the nature of what Petre is trying to do. The Major Arcana are connected to lesser Daemons and are much more difficult to control. These cards exact a higher toll on Petre's physical body, given that he is not a true daemonologist.

The best analogy I can make of Petre is that he is a sort of post apocalyptic shaman. The spirits are the cause of the physical reactions around us and given the power they control, are able to manifest physically. They have chosen the forms of silly little girls.
